Hi! I'm a Polytechnic student currently studying in the School of Informatics & IT, offering 1-to-1 Mathematics tuition for Primary 1–4 students. I have always enjoyed Mathematics and achieved A* for PSLE Mathematics, A1 for O-Level Mathematics, and A2 for O-Level Additional Mathematics. I am also a recipient of the Director's List. While I do not have formal tutoring experience yet, I have experience helping my younger sister with Mathematics and Additional Mathematics. I enjoy breaking down difficult concepts into simple, easy-to-understand steps and helping students understand the reasoning behind their answers. My goal is to help students build a strong foundation and greater confidence in Mathematics, rather than simply memorising formulas and methods. I am patient and willing to adjust my teaching pace according to each student's needs. I can help with homework, revision, weak topics, word problems and exam preparation. I believe students learn better when they understand why a method works. I will first identify areas where the student is struggling, explain the concept using simple examples, and then work through practice questions together. I will gradually let the student attempt questions independently while guiding them when needed.
