  • Tutor profiles: name, WhatsApp number, qualifications, subjects, locations, rates, bio
  • Student requests: parent name, WhatsApp number, subject, level, location, budget, schedule
  • Usage data: pages visited, contact reveal events, IP address, browser type

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To display tutor profiles and student requests on the platform
  • To facilitate contact between tutors and students
  • To verify user accounts via email verification
  • To improve our platform and user experience
  • To display relevant advertisements via Google AdSense

3. Data Protection

WhatsApp numbers are masked in public listings (e.g., "9XXX-XX67"). Full contact details are only revealed to registered, logged-in users. All data is stored securely on AWS infrastructure in the Asia-Pacific region.

4. Third-Party Services

  • AWS (Amazon Web Services): hosting, database, and authentication services
  • Google AdSense: advertising (may use cookies for ad personalisation)
  • Google Analytics: website usage analytics

5. Your Rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data that we hold
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Withdraw consent for data collection/use
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Inactive tutor profiles may be archived after 12 months. Student requests expire after 30 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
